A RESPONSE TO VOITHIA'S
"REASONED PLEA FOR JUSTICE"

Dear Voithia:

I have recently read your article entitled ,”After the Legal Committee’s Report What? A Reasoned Plea for Justice.”

I disagree with the conclusions drawn by the entire article. The writer (who is not named liked the majority of such articles) draws his facts solely from the Legal Committee’s Report.

As I state in my letter, I was at Holy Cross for 2 year and was personally involved in “the incident” when several students contacted me for legal advise on the matter. Since I have this first hand knowledge which the writer of the above article does not, I think my article has a bit more credibility.

Since your web site talks about Christian love, unity, etc. it will be interesting to see if you treat my letter the same or dismiss it so that only one side (the Voithia view of the “truth”) can be heard by the readers. If you do stand for the best interest of the Church, then you will agree with the conclusion of my letter.

You know where to reach me and I will discuss any aspect of my letter (except those which may be protected by the attorney - client privilege).

In Christ,
Timothy Krantz, Esq.
