School Launches $1 Million Campaign

BROOKLINE, Mass. — Fr. Alkiviadis Calivas, president of Hellenic College and Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology, has initiated a new capital campaign, the "Partnership for Excellence," |with the blessings of Archbishop Spyridon and encouragement of the Trustees.

According to school officials, the campaign plans to raise $1 million over the next three months by enlisting 1,000 men, women and organizations, who will donate at least $1,000 each for the Partnership. These funds will be used to meet the school's capital and facilities needs, to create a capital endowment, and to provide new opportunities for faculty and curricular development programs.

The Alumni Association has embraced this project with enthusiasm. The initial response has been positive with many faithful becoming Partners.
